Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → StockTouch AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
New monthly subscribers get a free 7-day trial. You won't be charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription auto-converts to the standard $19.99/month rate. Cancel anytime via iOS Settings.
I'm a Stock Alarm Gold subscriber. Do I need to pay separately for StockTouch?+
No. Your existing Stock Alarm Gold subscription includes StockTouch AI Pro at no additional charge for as long as it's active. Just sign in with the same Apple ID and Pro features unlock automatically.
My alerts aren't firing. What should I check?+
- Make sure notifications are enabled: iOS Settings → Notifications → StockTouch AI → toggle Allow Notifications on.
- Make sure the alert is enabled in the app: MORE → My Alerts → toggle the row on.
- Confirm you're signed in: MORE → ACCOUNT — if you see 'Sign in' instead of your name, alerts won't fire.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app: MORE → ACCOUNT → Delete Account. This permanently removes your watchlist, alerts, and profile. Note: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — manage that separately in iOS Settings.
Why is my watchlist not syncing?+
Watchlist sync requires being signed in. Pull down on the heatmap to refresh. If the issue persists, sign out and back in (MORE → ACCOUNT → Sign Out, then re-sign in).
What data does StockTouch collect?+
Only what’s needed to run the app: your account identifier, watchlist symbols, alert configurations, and push notification token. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
