Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the StockTouch AI iOS app or the stocktouch.ai website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by Stock Alarm, LLC (“we,” “us,” “StockTouch”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

StockTouch Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase and may vary by region.

Standard pricing

• Monthly: USD $19.99 per month
• Annual: USD $167.99 per year (≈ 30% savings vs. monthly)

7-day free trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard monthly rate. Apple, not StockTouch, determines trial eligibility.

Auto-renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate, unless we have notified you of a price change.

Managing or canceling your subscription

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → StockTouch AI. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Stock Alarm, LLC cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Unified entitlement

A StockTouch Pro subscription unlocks Pro features in StockTouch AI and may also unlock corresponding tier features in our related products (Stock Alarm and pro.stockalarm.io) for the same Apple ID, where applicable. If you are an existing Stock Alarm Gold subscriber, your existing subscription includes StockTouch AI Pro at no additional charge for as long as it remains active.

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@stockalarm.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may delete your StockTouch account at any time inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your watchlist, alerts, and profile data within 30 days. Deleting your StockTouch account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription — to stop billing, also cancel via iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Service system or interfere with its operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or its data.
• Scrape, copy, or use any market data, AI insights, or content shown in the Service for republication or commercial redistribution.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

StockTouch AI is for informational purposes only and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Market data, alerts, AI summaries, and other content are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consult a qualified financial professional before acting on any information from the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and AI outputs, is owned by Stock Alarm, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

The Service displays data from third parties (including market data providers, news publishers, and analytics partners) and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCK ALARM, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Alarm, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

For the iOS app, you and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Stock Alarm, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
